  • ¾ cup frozen assorted mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana
  • ⅓ cup quick-cooking oats (raw)
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds or hemp powder
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, sliced almonds, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, granola
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until consistency is thick and smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with seasonal summer fruit such as kiwi and peaches. Add crunch with coconut flakes, slivered almonds, chia seeds, or granola.
